Any manufactured laptops and desktops sold by Strategic Computer Systems Limited has a (6) months warranty on the storage drive, touchscreen, battery, and/or power adaptor effective on the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover the cost to replace any other component of the device, electrical damage, water damage, or misuse of the device. Any evidence of the abuse of this warranty will automatically be voidable. Any warranty from new devices is covered by the manufacturer and it is in the Purchaser’s responsibility to make claim directly to the manufacturer. Strategic Computer Systems Limited is not responsible for the process to claim a warranty on new devices.
Refund & Return Policy
You may return any new, refurbished or open box computer purchased from Strategic Computer Systems Limited that is "dead on arrival," for a full refund or is still in unopened boxes for a refund minus the restocking fee of J$5000 within 7 days of purchase. Strategic Computer Systems Limited reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" before we can accept any returns and issue a refund if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer void for refund. Strategic Computer Systems Limited will not accept returns of any device computer more than 7 days after purchase. They are no returns on items sale/promotion.
