Return and Refund Policy
You may return any new, refurbished or open-box computer purchased from Strategic Computer Systems Limited that is "dead on arrival," for a full refund or is still in opened boxes for a refund minus the restocking fee of 20% within 24 hours of purchase. Strategic Computer Systems Limited reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" before we can accept any returns or issue a refund if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer void for refund. Strategic Computer Systems Limited will not accept returns of any device computer more than 24 hours after purchase. They are no returns on items sale/promotion.
Warranty on Renewed Devices
Six (6) months warranty on the storage drive, touchscreen, battery, and/or power adaptor effective on the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover the cost to replace any other component of the device, electrical damage, water damage, or misuse of the device. Any evidence of the abuse of this warranty will automatically be voidable.
Warranty on New Devices
Any warranty from new devices is covered by the manufacturer and it is in the Purchaser’s responsibility to make claim directly to the manufacturer. Strategic Computer Systems Limited is not responsible for the process of claiming a warranty on new devices.
